    Awesome class! I have been looking for a studio like this on CP in the city since I do not like classes only focused on hitting stats; I want good music, lots of choreography, and a motivating instructor and Joey delivered. It was very challenging and some of the choreography was really advanced especially since I haven’t been to spin in a while, but I know it just takes practice. Incredible workout & I will definitely be back. #classpassinsider

    Samantha is amazing and I love this class! Its a slow burn, definitely not your traditional pilates class and so much fun! I like how the exercises are varied so you’re not constantly doing the same thing, definitely keeps you on your toes and makes the class go really fast! And great playlist too

    Great class! Everyone was super nice and Ryan was excellent. Got an amazing workout. Especially appreciative of the studio’s requirement to wear masks in common spaces (other than while actually cycling). Big, open, spacious studio with lots of room to store items, get changed, etc.

    Honestly the class was just fine- the instructor was clear and easy to follow, just the music was really boring which surprised me for a themed night. There were some high energy songs for the higher power /hill songs, but not for the fast ones. I was expecting harder hitting or more energetic hip hop songs (honestly expected anything from like tech n9ne to cardi b) so I was just bored. I'd probably try again but not anytime soon

    Jaimie is such an A+ instructor— I wish I could take her class everyday. I would if I could! The class is challenging yet possible, and her music game is on point. My only minus is that the music and speakers are so loud that my ears ring after class. Maybe they should supply single use earplugs they do at some other studios?

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Jesse is a great instructor & strikes a nice coaching balance between the hard tacks and motivation. He also puts together an awesome playlist - I was vibin’ out big time today. I got a killer workout in and a great sweat too, even though it’s been so windy & cold outside! Just what I needed today, and while I walked into the studio a bit low-energy, the class was a pick-me-up & definitely set me up on a positive streak for the rest of my day. Thanks Jesse!

    Great instructor. However, I’ve noticed that the bikes here are not being thoroughly cleaned or maintained between classes. Handle bars are sticky and some of the more heavily used bikes (eg the ClassPass bikes) need to be lubricated.

    This crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.
