    This class is good. We don’t start right at 6pm which makes me feel good about being there on time. The circuit is a good mix of intense and easier stuff. It’s really what you make of it with doing the more challenging options that the instructor puts out.

    Class was good for a beginner with a few challenging poses but the pace was a little too slow compared to other vinyasa classes I’ve taken. Gym facilities are nice and a bonus to be able to use the sauna, steam room, and showers during the visit.

    This crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

    Nicest Crunch in the city. I would say it’s just as nice as a few of the equinox’s I’ve been too. The locker rooms are spacious, nice products, good blow dryers and flat irons. They have a great spin bike where I can easily use my peleton app. Overall I’d come here over any of the other locations 100%
