    Outdoor Cycle 45

No one has coined the phrase “never miss a Wednesday”, so I’m here to say it loud and clear “NEVER MISS A WEDNESDAY!!” When the Sunday scaries hit, I immediately start looking forward to Ilana’s Wednesday 9am class, and when it’s over, I know the energy built up in that class is what keeps me going until the weekend. It is quite literally the happiest milestone of each week.

Nice gym! Plenty of cardio machines - more upstairs - and every weight lifting machine/ piece of equipment you could ask for. Clean locker rooms, Rituals products, fluffy towels. Bring a lock if you want to lock anything up!

    Bootcamp 45 - LIVE

G is my favorite! He motivating and has upbeat workout routines. In this class you use a skill mill though which is powered by yourself rather than electric which is great but also harder to force yourself to go faster imo

    Classic (Wine Down Wednesday)

Awesome playlist!! Such a challenging class but instructor was motivating and had great energy! Plus there is actually wine offered at the end of class...talk about incentive!

    Boot Camp

This class is good. We don’t start right at 6pm which makes me feel good about being there on time. The circuit is a good mix of intense and easier stuff. It’s really what you make of it with doing the more challenging options that the instructor puts out.

Facility is BEAUTIFUL as well as functional. Mia is excellent with guiding participants through the movements and reassuring you if you're having some trouble. The class was challenging but not intimidating. Will definitely be returning for another round

    SWERVE RIDE

First class with Danielle. She is really good. Plays the coolest variety of music of all different genres which would appeal to anyone. Her style is still similar to flywheel and she threw in several intervals that were not on the board which I felt was hard to get motivated for. Still a great class.

    Ryde 45

Kaitlin’s a great instructor - good upbeat music choices (mainly dance/remix versions of pop songs), well structured format, and very challenging mix of pushes, climbs, sprints, and choreography. One small critique would be I wish she’d countdown more during big pushes or at least let the class know how long they were going to be. It was so tough sprinting hard not knowing how long I’d be doing it for. Other than that, i really the class!
