The place is very nice and the people very warm and welcoming, still deciding whether the therapy was much good but even if it wasn’t I think it’s worth a try and I certainly can’t fault the staff One way or the other

    AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill

Great experience! I was able to run longer on the anti-gravity treadmill since I've struggled with a knee injury. The Finish Line PT staff were incredibly nice and showed me how to use the treadmill. Space is clean and modern. There are clean showers in the back of the space near the studio with hot water and towels. Bring your own hair dryer!

    Cryotherapy Session

Let me start off by saying how incredibly accommodating the staff is. I called to let them know I’d be late because of the train, and they were very professional and kind about it. When I arrived (and I apologized, always make sure YOU say sorry for being late no matter the circumstances, people!!) they had me change and I waited to start my session. Irina, as always, is fantastic. I can’t say enough about her! She’s very knowledgeable in regards to the benefits of cryotherapy and I agree it’s significantly aiding right now considering the circumstances in nyc. The infrared sauna is always the best right after. This time one of the employees (I’m so sorry I didn’t ask for a name)! came in to offer some tips on how it can help better. He advised me to take a cold shower for 30 seconds after each 10-15 minute infrared sittings and keep my legs up. When I came back, he prepared towels already for me. After his advice, I can honestly say I felt the change! Thanks completebody!! ?

    CryoFacial

This was my first wellness class and it was great! After a cup of tea I was lead into a spa type facial room. I removed my shoes and laid in a warming bed with a blanket covering me up to about my neck and was also given a wrap to cover my ears. The entire procedure lasted 12 mins and was refreshingly cool, never uncomfortable. Spa music was playing in the background and the whole experience was incredibly soothing. I will definitely be back and may try the full body cryo as well. I should also note that the esthetician was so sweet and added to the experience. Tipping on this service isnt clear, but I left a tip of the full service price.

    Dry Floatation (15 mins)

Cool space, great staff, amazing spot to relax and rejuvenate. The actual float was fine - kind of a guided meditation in a warm float-like environment. There is some noise from the street and the rest of the studio. It is not full sensory deprivation, but it was relaxing nonetheless!
