Morgan was awesome. Gave good whole-group corrections. Strength training was strategically designed to focus on different body parts- we actually got to fatigue the muscles. Great music, great energy. Thank you!

Super fun and great sweat. Wish it was an hour long rather than only 45 minutes. It was my first time and instructor was great at explaining so I didn’t feel lost at all.

Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

I’ve taken like 4 teachers here & Kestrel is hands down the best. She’s tough in the room & sweet as can be outside. Not a second is wasted in this class. She does a good job building so u run out of gas in your tank by the time class is over.

First time at box and flow, first time boxing in general. Loved the pacing and instructor was super motivational. Came into class a min behind (my fault) so didn’t get a chance to know the boxing moves beforehand but I was able to pick it up. Got my heart rate going and finished the class feeling amazing. The yoga part is pretty fast paced so it would be best to know those moves going in.

3pm summer Friday has been making my summer so much brighter! :) I am always so impressed in how much pride Vinny take in his work, he is always fixing up the studio or working on something to make CKO even better. Always a great class with a nice fix of ClassPass and regular clients. I am always drenched w sweat at the end of class and come out feeling stronger and more knowledgeable about boxing throws & kicks. Love it!

This is a legit boxing gym, no frills, the real deal. So don’t expect anything akin to shadow box or rumble. The warm up was a little monotonous and the instructor seemed a little uninterested but he did give me some good technical corrections on the bag work. Overall it was a decent workout

Amazing! Learned how to punch and kick and block. I expected this to be mostly theory but it was cool to get plenty of practice with lots of hands on attention. There was mitt work and bag work. Sometimes martial arts studios can be intimidating, but Master Jojo and everyone else were so welcoming and friendly. Got a great workout. Really fun and very useful.

Loooooooooove Maurice, he spent some extra time after class doing some ab work in addition to the circuit we did during class. I was miserable of course but worth it! As always, emphasis on footwork to make sure our punches fly true. Worth skipping/getting in trouble for missing work every time!!

Deceptively hard! A great dance cardio option for people who can’t jump much. It was easy to modify any jumping moves, and the instructor throws in a lot of body weight and kickboxing exercises so that it’s not 50 minutes straight of jumping. I’ll be back!

This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.
