    F.I.T. (Focused Interval Training)

One of the most challenging classes I have ever taken but Ashlea was amazing with encouragement, good music and help correcting form. Ashlea also provides more challenging more for more advanced but as a basic Physique 57 goer I did fine. I will definitely be looking to take more classes with her and specifically the FIT one.

I love this class, its always a solid burn and sweat. I really wish Gali would not show up with a full spritz of flowerbomb though. Perfume is the last thing you want to inhale when struggling through a millions sets of plis.

Dino is by far one of the best B3 instructors. His techno music puts you into a trance and you almost forget youre working out! They pack WAY too many people in this class though... the studio is too small for that many people.

    Power 45

Love Flybarre. Nice and challenging and fast paced without the weird stuck-to-the-barre-kill-your-knees nonsense. Definitely hard and have definitely seen results. Not as "traditional" as Physique57, for example, but I think a better experience (also, good instructors, good instruction, doesn't feel Overly gendered one way or the other).

    Exhale Barre

Omg where have they been hiding this one! I almost didn't even bother signing up for this class Bc of her lack of slots on the schedule, but damn she was incredible. Every single section was killer & thorough, whereas with most instructors, there's usually one area lacking. Only suggestion I would make is to do a better job matching music with the beat/pulse of the exercise but otherwise, she's by far my new favorite

    Pure Barre Classic

Like going here for a last min workout bc the location is convenient. Although make sure u book at least 30 min prior because they close the booking window early. Always a good burn. They always switch up the exercises but always hit arms, legs, abs. Gets more challenging the longer you do it as you learn to do the tucks and isolations better. Music hasn’t changed much though in years, not sure if it’s a franchise thing.

    Mixed

For some classes, the quality and energy level of your instructor means everything. The Bar Method is one of those classes, and Nikki is an awesome instructor. She is sweet, energetic, and encouraging, entertaining you with funny stories to take your mind off the at-times painful work you are doing. Plus, she will subtly make sure to correct your form, so you can avoid injury, without making you feel embarrassed or singled out. Mixed is a well-rounded barre class that will leave you feeling energized, with loose and limber muscles, for the rest of your day. A great way to start your weekend.

    Torch'd

More of a barre-based workout than I had expected (there werent any specifics provided on Torchd in the class description other than the fact that it was high-intensity). Also note that this is a no-shoes workout. It was a great workout for anyone who likes barre-type classes and definitely challenging. Isaac is a great instructor.

Good class and Caroline is so sweet and helps you adjust form. She's very encouraging. Different from other barre classes - this one focuses more on abs than legs. Poses are a bit more difficult to get but Caroline comes around to help.

Great workout - pretty challenging but Taseen was really supportive and encouraging, and gave lots of hands-on corrections. My only complaint was that the sound system was not so good - it almost sounded static-y - which sometimes made it tough to hear the instructions for each pose.

Great workout. Not as intense as other reviews said - it was a pretty standard barre class - so don’t be scared off. The instructor offered options to make it easier or more difficult for the various levels. This is a great class to workout all the tiny muscles of the body. The instructor is enthusiastic, studio is clean, and the class flies by. Will def be back.
