    PILATES SCULPT

Samantha is amazing and I love this class! Its a slow burn, definitely not your traditional pilates class and so much fun! I like how the exercises are varied so you’re not constantly doing the same thing, definitely keeps you on your toes and makes the class go really fast! And great playlist too

LOVED this class, this instructor, and this studio. Like my beloved Flywheel (RIP) but better. Love that it’s locally woman owned and there was such a diversity of ages, bodies, and identities. Look forward to coming back again when I’m in town.

Really enjoyed this class! Challenging but doable, definitely sore today. Some of the moves it felt like we held for too long (dragged on) but good variety. Enjoyed Ashley’s music and appreciated the corrections

Taylor was so great!! The best barre class I’ve taken in awhile. Challenging in such a good way. Taylor has such a good vibe, gave modifications to make each move easier or more challenging. Class went by so fast! Can’t wait to come back.

Jaimie is such an A+ instructor— I wish I could take her class everyday. I would if I could! The class is challenging yet possible, and her music game is on point. My only minus is that the music and speakers are so loud that my ears ring after class. Maybe they should supply single use earplugs they do at some other studios?

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

The studio inside is gorgeous. But the workout space is carpeted, and all the mats are kind of a soft cloth. Kind of made me wonder how sanitary it all was… great instructor, hard workout, lasted a whole hour.

Stephanie is the best!! She gives really clear instructions so you actually know what is going on, hits you with a ton of praise so you feel like you knew what was going on all along, and offers subtle corrections to help you get the most out of your burn. Upbeat, inviting, and motivating (without over doing it). Take her class!!

This class was an incredible total body workout with two HIIT circuits that we worked through. Zoe is really encouraging to help you push yourself and also ensured that everyone focused on form. Sub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.

    Flow Yoga

Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.
