    Fantastic class, fun and time flew by because non stop movement! Instructor was upbeat and encouraging and I liked her music. I could see why other people said it’s confusing but if you are work out regularly and are familiar with different exercises it’s not that hard to keep up. Way better than their regular barre class which I find slow and not that challenging and use as a rest day workout. Also this studio was lovely and the room was nice and warm which is better for this type of excercise.

    The class was great! I wish I could give an extra star for the instructors patience. One girl was as laughing and talking with her friend the entire time. She even laid down on the floor at one point. The instructor stayed composed and never showed that she was annoyed.

    Love the design of the studio- very relaxing, soothing, round look. The teacher was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, corrects you during the postures. The pilates followed a solid rhythm, attacks the core, abs, glutes, and some exercises felt trickier than others. Very satisfied

    Natalia is an amazing instructor! This was my first class with her and she gave excellent pelvis instructions. I have a deep curve in my back and I appreciate knowing when something is a neutral vs tucked spine. She is fantastic. Great energy and so encouraging. Also her and exercises are tough but doable!     Evita is very sweet and lovely and a great instructor. Definitely suitable for beginners, probably more so today because there were a lot of newbies. Only complaint is that the buzzer kept going off with people going to another class on the floor which was a bit distracting.

    Class was good for a beginner with a few challenging poses but the pace was a little too slow compared to other vinyasa classes I’ve taken. Gym facilities are nice and a bonus to be able to use the sauna, steam room, and showers during the visit.

    The instructor was Sara and she was great! She gave excellent cues and instructed in a way that kept me really present. The only thing I’d add would be some more hands-on corrections, especially since the class is supposed to be alignment focused.
