see all reviewsWonderful class as always, challenging exercises (hardest moves were italian fouettes, promenades in arabesque) but also a wide range of skill levels (not many dancers have a clean double pirouette). Great instructor, good corrections. I loved that the pianist played Le Cygne from Carnival of the Animals during adagio! Big drawback is that there’s not a lot of space so I didn’t have access to a mirror during barre.

see all reviewsThe studio was spacious, and the class size was smaller and more intimate, so you're able to focus more on the proper techniques and moves being taught. Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners
