see all reviewsGreat class. This studio does not mess around with their cut off times. At least they are upfront and somewhat reasonable. New clients… you have to be there before the start of class. If class has started they will not let you come in. Existing clients. 4 min and 59 seconds is the cut off. Bring a water bottle. Grip Socks NOT required Love all the classes. Love how the start and end on time. I can’t tell you how many Solidcore and Transform classes run over and i have some place to be. One Solidcore class ran 15 min over and i walked out.

see all reviewsVery good instructor! Beautiful space! Great workout. My glutes are going to be sore tomorrow! It would have been helpful to know that it is #20 facing 29th. There is a sign for the studio, but the directions say to turn on Wyandot. Without knowing it’s around the corner, class passers may stand at the locked metal gate of 2901 Wyandot in confusion. Like me! Thankfully someone directed me to the right place!
