    Kundalini Yoga for Inner Alchemy with Yael

    The Center is such a magical, grounding space! This was my first time taking a yoga class here and my first time trying Kundalini yoga. Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!

His personalized approach allowed me to reach my limits safely, and his tips on form and structuring workouts were invaluable. With a diverse background as a triathlete, a yoga certification, and experience in health tech, Kirby offers a holistic perspective on fitness, from diet to endurance training. I'm so excited to continue with personal training and health coaching sessions! Plus, the outdoor gym in Hayes Valley offers a great setting with plenty of sunshine and fresh air. Highly recommended!

    I loved C2 with Nancy! Her flow feels really natural and the timing of each movement syncs up to her music well. I’m usually picky about the tempo and style but she made the class very balanced. I’d definitely take her class again. Just need to know the transitions well and have background knowledge of the forms.
