I think a disclaimer for newbies to start with pretty light weights might be helpful - I’m comfortable enough to do that on my own but if I’d grabbed the weights suggested I would’ve had a bad time.

The class size was small so the instructor was able to really help guide with the movements. The pace was calm and overall felt good. Instructor was friendly and understanding I was a beginner.

I love the hero board as it is a different type of challenge and workout. The cardio burst in the middle is always killer and gets my heart rate up. The space is gorgeous and so clean!
