    Love love love Meg’s classes. This particular class she slowed down the RPMs and focused on form and rhythm. It was helpful for people who were new to rhythm-based cycling but also a great workout for people who have been at it for a while. I really appreciate how she explains moves in case you’re not getting it.

    2nd tim3 at IRON TRIBE and its a tough but effective workout. todsy was very crossfit like with kettlebell swings, box jumps and jumping rope plus some rowing ( 525 and 575 meters ). there were 2 rounds each 24 min and it was work...look forward to next visit and reccommend you drop in soon !!
