    SKY TING Yoga

Gorgeous space with bridge views and tin ceilings - like the perfect apartment, but for yoga. Jess was a great teacher - direct, specific, and expert. Nice to find a place that does hands-on adjustments but doesnt have a touchy-feely vibe. Would have liked a bit more attention to breathing, but overall Id strongly recommend and return to this class.

Kirras class is always great with good music. High energy and good restorative yoga at the end. Only issue is have with this studio is that you cant wear shoes. The texture of the floor gives my feet blisters from each time I turn my foot with the cross.

    The WOOMonster Experience

The room gets a bit warm and as far as my experience they don't offer fans/ventilation The practice was super wholesome and complete. Interesting ways of getting into familiar poses and great hands on adjustments. As challenging as you make it. At the end the use of aromatherapy and sounds combined with the elimination of visual sense bathe you into a deep relaxing corpse pose. No lockers Two small clean bathrooms Free water and surprise tonic The place inspires community and creativity A great intimate space to lounge after

Javier is the BEST! I’ve been taking his classes for over a year now. Always a phenomenal experience, from the meditation portion up top, to the powerful, challenging poses with super helpful adjustments. Then ending with the most peaceful closing chill down and meditation. Thank you!!!

Very chill class - definitely beginner but welcome to all levels- always nice to slow it down even when practicing yoga a few times a week. Dont expect any alignment corrections but started with some restorative poses and then some slow vinyasas.

    Sound Meditation

This was just what I needed to wrap up my week. Loved the vibe of the space, the dark room in the back was perfect for sound healing. Lots of blankets and props to get comfortable and settle in to release the mind into the sounds. Linsey was masterful with the large array of instruments. I’ll be back.

Special Guru Ram Das Birthday Celebration Class

Siri Rishi's teachings are so poignant, so special.. for me they are transformational. Her classes are challenging, you will work for the change and its worth it. I have been able to strengthen up, gain new confidence and invaluable insights through working with this studio and all the classes and workshops it offers. I couldn't be more grateful for Guru Jagat, Ra Ma and for Siri Rishi. More than 5 stars rating, all the stars.

Omg Susan killed it lol seriously I walked out of class a little dazed and extremely relaxed. The class flew by, it did not feel like 1.25 hours. I'm definitely coming back for her regular Sunday restorative classes!

    Vinyasa Flow

Kevin is one of the best teachers I’ve found in nyc. Dynamic vinyasa. Fluid. Excellent cueing. And vigorous. I’ve been looking for a class like this for a while and hope he keeps it a strong practice that makes you sweat. I’d love for my fellow yogis who want beautiful, challenging vinyasa without it being a pop culture rave to come to this class and keep it live! Oh and fantastic music

So much more than a yoga class. I went there to check out a new studio in the neighborhood and afterward the whole class sat in a circle, drinking wine and talking for an hour. What an amazing tribe of people! Also the best playlist. LOVE.

Love this studio and the founder/teacher. Really great slow flow class in a normal temperature room with focus on proper alignment, clear cues, and helpful and sensitive adjustments. Appreciated that the studio has a good stock of props and no mat rental fees. Just loved the energy here. I’ll be back.

The padded floors are great! I find myself attempting more advanced variations Id otherwise be a bit nervous to get into. Taras fantastic! Love that she walks around for hands on adjustment. Plus she moves around the space to demonstrate, so I dont have to get out of my pose to peek at what the variations are.
