    What a fun workout! The front desk staff member was so welcoming and gave a great introduction for my first time. The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it would’ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

    My first CrossFit class ever, it was very different, challenging and fun! The community there was very welcoming and supportive. Coach Todd made sure I did everything the right way and encouraged me during every round. The moves were challenging to me but I’m surprised that I never wanted to quit.
