see all reviewsLove Tina! You get out of the class what you put in. People stop before the circuit ends and use light weights or have bad form. Don’t be one of those! My one dislike is that people wipe the equipment after use and then you are slippery or have bad grip for your round.

see all reviewsMollie is an incredible teacher. Her classes are definitely challenging but she always offers modifications and a non judgmental space to make it your own practice. I appreciate how she never fails to give breathing cues with every movement - the most basic pillar of yoga that most teachers nowadays forget. I’ve been attending her Saturday classes for a few weeks now and I feel so much stronger every week. Thank you, Mollie!!

I understand the business wants to hit max capacity, but when class is this full it’s hard for me to tune in and feel my best. Love this class and this studio and will continue to come. Would just love a littleeeee more space between the mats (: thank you!

see all reviewsJill is fantastic. I only took one class from her and I absolutely will come back for more! I am a physical therapist/pilates instructor and Jill’s instruction is so ON-POINT! She is not pushy nor judgey even though you seem to be a newbie showing up in a level II-III class, but also being super encouraging to let you try some advanced moves with SAFE and DETAILED cueing. Her vinyasa class is not fancy but grounded for all the essential motor control tiny little drills. Score 300/100. Definitely will recommend all my yogi patients to here for Jill.

The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. The computer set up also takes up a bunch of room since no one wants to be in the computers camera shot. Still love her classes regardless!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class. The heated room felt great on a cold rainy day. It too hot but take water and a towel you will sweat!! The slow flow was the right place for me I cannot move fast due to a back issue. The studio is a little confusing as no greeter and I wasn’t sure if I could enter the studio. The teacher did not introduce herself or let us know that we could go into the studio which has the door shut to keep the heat in. I just followed another student….?

I struggle a lot with my back and back flexibility / strength so I appreciate that this class picked a back targeted pose (camel) that we really worked towards and built up to!
