They offer spin, HIiT and yoga classes but I partake in the HIiT the most. Jackson and Kate are amazing at creating station sequences that have never repeated themselves and always leave you feeling proud of your accomplishments. I’ve been able to acquire balance and a healthy stress and weight level thanks to Hype and their wonderful staff. All the instructors and the welcoming staff deserve more than five stars!!!

The music is a great mix (and remix) of high energy popular songs that push you to go hard and have fun. And I have taken classes with most teachers that have come through the years. Prima knows how to and does give modifications for advanced and beginners for every move which is a testament to her consistency. I will make it a goal to take every class with her from now on. And she knew that I was coming back after a break off and took the special effort to write me an email to walk me back which I have never received from any teachers at the studio. Brava!

Just be warned parking at the meters is tough on a weekend. The parking lot only gave me a flat rate option of $12 then rejected all my cards forcing me to use cash. And it only took singles and fives. Makes no sense. Will do this class again because I love the beach but may switch to another day when parking is easier or come extra early to avoid the parking lot.

Parking is free and depending on the time you get there they can have lots of parking spaces. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. They give you a towel and headphones before class. You can adjust the volume according to preference. I didn’t have any trouble hearing the instructor. The music was great. Before class I saw them cleaning the stations, which is great especially in a world of covid. Great Workout!
