    I love Lindsay’s set up of the class compared to other teachers here. She doesn’t just have you row non stop. However, it drives me nuts that she literally will say things like “anyone have injuries?” Or “let me know if you need anything” and people will raise their hand and she just continues on with class like she didn’t just ask a question... it’s like a script she’s not even thinking about saying.

    Great class! Love the combo of cardio (rowing) and ab work. Justin is very positive and motivating. You can sense his passion for the class which makes you want to push yourself harder. Clean studio with plenty of parking in the back.
