    Great instructor, who gave good motivation and correction. Nice long shavasana at the end, made even more relaxing by hearing the waves crash in the background.     Really loved the instructor. He was super positive, greeted me immediately, and really made the workout fun! It's a big class though, so you won't be getting a lot of one-on-one action. If you're not familiar with strength training/circuits - make sure you raise your hand if there's a move you don't know bc instructor isn't very hands-on (again, it's a big class!)

    Coach Lala is an instructor who is a great motivator. She also provided clear instructions. This was my first time doing a workout using the Bosu Ball and I really enjoyed the experience. The studio can also accommodate your music preference which was a great feature! Lala inquired about my fitness interests/goals and shared their other class offerings that aligned with those goals and interests! Definitely love the studio space and look forward to returning.

    Teacher was engaged and accommodating for injuries, all exercises were thoroughly explained. Clean small gym. My only small complaint would be I prefer working at stations with a partner, it just keeps me a bit more motivated to push harder. This class had one person at each station because the class was small. My favorite thing about the gym is the outdoor shower haha!

    Seriously one of my favorite classes I've taken and I've done over a hundred classpasses. It's not really a "class" though, more like personal training but she had other students so she kept an eye on me but didn't breathe down my neck which I loved. Really enjoyed the exercises she gave me. Cool thing is you can pace/challenge yourself. cute clean little studio, relaxed atmosphere. I'd recommend it if you're like me and prefer a little breathing room and are self-motivated.

    Great well-rounded work out for those who don’t have a lot of time to work with. They give you a little bit of everything to do to work on your boxing skills. They’re well stocked in different types of bags and equipment too. And while they try to amp you up and encourage you- they let you go at your own pace so all training levels are welcomed. Bring your own gloves, water, and wrist straps and they take care of the rest (though I believe they supply gloves at your first class). Definitely will be returning.
