    HIIT: Total Body (Indoor- VAX PROOF REQUIRED)

    I’ve been coming to this studio for almost a year now and I have no complaints as I absolutely love it here!!! They offer spin, HIiT and yoga classes but I partake in the HIiT the most. Jackson and Kate are amazing at creating station sequences that have never repeated themselves and always leave you feeling proud of your accomplishments. I’ve been able to acquire balance and a healthy stress and weight level thanks to Hype and their wonderful staff. All the instructors and the welcoming staff deserve more than five stars!!!

    Zac is not only hilarious and “punny”, but he brings such positive energy that you cannot help but have a great time. The music is a great mix (and remix) of high energy popular songs that push you to go hard and have fun. If you need an instructor that will cheer you on and make you laugh till your abs are sore (which, they’re gonna be already) - Zac is the dude for you.

    This was an awesome class. Definitely recommend. The class was challenging yet accessible. I loved the mix of mat Pilates, sculpt, and TRX moves. There is also a lack of mat Pilates classes in Santa Monica. Will definitely be back for this class.

    This Barry’s is located outdoors in the parking lot under huge tents w/ fans. It does get warm but not unbearable. Parking is free and depending on the time you get there they can have lots of parking spaces. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. They give you a towel and headphones before class. You can adjust the volume according to preference. I didn’t have any trouble hearing the instructor. The music was great. Before class I saw them cleaning the stations, which is great especially in a world of covid. Great Workout!
