Great class - its hot yoga in a dark candlelit room, its trendy, you do 3 flows, and it includes a bunch of ab work too. Youll be sweating. My only wish would be that there were other options for the 3rd flow (which at least was the most challenging for this class) that didnt involve balancing on one leg or doing a handstand - both of which my uncoordinated self struggles with :) It would be great to have more beginner level options for those more advanced moves.

Great stretch. You will sweat a little. I'm not a "yogi" by any means, so I will say you have to be willing to get weird i.e. chanting, peaceful music, a couple funky moves. Felt great after though! Love the use of blocks. Will definitely go again.

Haven't met a Y7 class I didn't like! I love how each flow gets progressively more challenging, but there's always an opportunity for you to edit, practice, and pick your own additions/subtractions on the third round. Alex is a great choice if you need that extra motivation and moral support to get through your flows.

The most challenging Barre class I've ever taken. Emily made adjustments and engaged each person in the class multiple times throughout the class. It was hard but the movement were ones I found I could get in and out of easily and ones I could push myself doing. This is where I want to take all my Barre/strength classes going forward.

Alex was a great teacher. Super funny and thorough with instructions for new practitioners and experienced yogis. Class is more about deep stretching than quick paced movements. The only thing that confused me was that Classpass said this class was 90 min and it was only 60 so maybe there is an issue with MindBody but the class of course felt short because I was expecting another half hour.

Dana put together really great sequences for gently opening up the body and stimulating circulation. Really appreciated her encouraging energy and inspiring words at the beginning of class. Also loved that the studio has lots of windows that let in great natural light and found the scent of eucalyptus in the air refreshing. Front desk could’ve been warmer and more welcoming, but I guess even yogis need a day off from letting their inner light of love shine.

    Vinyasa Foundations

What I love about Nicole's class is that she explains the poses in details and the pace is slower so that the students can really focus on the right alignments, not just quickly flow through the sequences. Her sequences of poses are well thought out. Even though it is a foundation class, it is challenging because when you are really focusing on engaging the right muscles to achieve the right alignment make you work extra hard and sweat a lot! Nicole is also very friendly and making people new to yoga feel at ease and not intimidated. She goes around to correct forms and give modifications for people with injuries. A wonderful practice!

This class was epic and life changing. Im not a Yoga expert and do it only occasionally but over the years Ive done at least 200-300 classes Id say so I have some experience and this was one of best classes Ive come across. I had pulled my back earlier this week, achey all over from a hard work week, plus some emotional issues going on too with family and relationship. This class just made me feel alive, zen, happy. It stretched everything but did not over exert, good vibes from Sara the teacher and other students, clean space and nice warm yogi tea. Perfect way to reenergize on this rainy cold day when Im just in a low spot right now. The best part was the emotional and mental clarity I got while we Layed last 10 min class in savasaana. Thank you! Cant even describe how much this class meant to me. May buy more credits just to do more classes with Sara at yogaworks.

    Vinyasa Flow

Hayley was great clear instructions and nice energy. The class was definitely a flow class - quick pose changes and not terribly long holds, though it was much better-paced than some ultra-fast flow classes. The postures were all standard Vinyasa/Hatha; none too difficult, but nice and challenging if executed with concentration and corrections. We couldve used slightly longer periods of pre- and post-shivasanas/Savasanas could be accomplished by removing one posture or at least holding the class a bit longer at the end (there didnt seem to be anything happening in the studio immediately afterwards). Overall - a great class, good flow, and a very nice room relaxing and simple. Also excellent value for 4 credits. Will def. be back.

Only critique is that the studio should put some shades up on the window. During downward dog or any pose where your head faces back of the room, your staring at bright sunlight pouring in. Not the easiest on the eyes. Class itself was great though.

    Bikram Hot Yoga 60

Studio is clean and the instructor was very attentive and helpful to this first timer. I did not see the note to bring a FULL SIZED BATH TOWEL so they generously loaned me one at no charge this time. my small towels still got plenty of use. bring all the towels, really. Hot yoga is something else.

    Dharma II | Advanced Beginner

This class is definitely not a fast, sweaty flow class and that's what I like about it. Class starts off with mantras and dives right into sun salutations. Poses are then held for longer periods of time, which can be challenging at times. I find that this lets you get deeper into the poses and focus on form & the meditation aspect of yoga. I usually leave class feeling refreshed, I would recommend if you are looking for something different.

    Vinyasa | Level 2-3 w/Music

Ashley was very nice. A good mixture of mindfulness/meditation (with a harmonium and chanting) and then a solid class of holding many different asanas for 5 breaths each. This class is good for advanced beginner/intermediate.

All Levels Ashtanga Yoga Guided Class

This was my first time doing Ashtanga style yoga and Maggie was incredibly patient, kind and fun. I was very fortunate to have a 1:1 session by chance to really work on my poses and ask questions throughout. The space is also INCREDIBLE. Brand new, and so warm and welcoming.
