    Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this particular location. The staff is super nice, it’s well kept, and if you make it on any other time of the day except for 6 PM, it’s manageable.

    BOOT CAMP (VIRTUAL)

    Coach came as me about 5-6 mins late. Not good but no biggie. Class is nonstop. No breaks whatsoever. GREAT sweat. They do alot of outdoor laps. We dis 4 today so bring a long sleeve shirt to easily slip into. There’s alot of cardio and jump squats, which I prefer. First 1/2 is mainly cardio drills: high knees, planks, outside laps around the block, bear crawls. Second 1/2 is a circuit we do two tomes followed by an outside lap. No breaks at all. No slowing down. Challenging class. Good for overall toning and to blast cals. Not good if you’re a model or dancer looking to sculpt and not bulk up. We dud extended plans that can bulk up the shoulders as well as burpees & jump squats that can bulk up the legs. Literally your agent’s nightmare. I’d still def return but modify the moves as I did today to avoid jump squats/a ton of big thigh muscle work.

    Bungee: Adrenaline Rush

    What an amazing joy-bomb of a workout! Felt like I was working out with a dancer from the dance troupe that did De La Guarda. The instructor was effervescent and tons of fun, quick with encouragement and full of brilliant innovations like playing the Mission Impossible theme while challenging us to keep from touching the floor as she gently gave us a little spin. And, in addition to being incredibly playful, the class was actually a really challenging workout. My joints are just about fed up with conventional calisthenics and I’m burned out on bootcamp and HIIT, so I was thrilled to find this class offered all the cardio and strengthening plus balance and coordination without any impact. Couldn’t ask for a better workout or a nicer instructor!
