I did open heels on Tuesday with Brynlie and it was soo much fun! Brynlie was nice, welcoming and taught a great heels class! It was my first one so the format was warmup without heels, then learning the moves and getting comfy with heels on. I’ve danced hip hop before but it can be intimidating trying a new style, and Brynlie made me feel empowered and at ease. Oh and you can film yourself if you want! Would def come back!

    POLE CONDITIONING

I’ve been taking pole classes at various studios, on and off, for 3 years. I would describe myself as an “Advanced Level 1 student” because I have had a few setbacks. This was one of the more challenging pole conditioning classes I have taken, and it was amazing! Alyssa is very sweet and encouraging. The class kicked my butt, but I stayed strong throughout. If you have pole experience and are looking to build your strength, this is the class for you.
