Really love Kristina’s energy. She’s very encouraging and even in large classes, she tries her best to go around on the bag side especially. This is definitely not a good class for beginners, though. The pre class is very short and there’s not enough focus on beginners.

Amazing class! Was my first time at Rumble and Bradford is a great instructor. If you’ve never kickboxed before, this is a great way to get introduced to the punches and get accustomed to sequences. It’s also dark and you don’t feel like anyone is watching you so if you mess up it doesn’t matter.

The best class! I have always had breathing problems after the covid. My nose and lungs seem not function well. But magically the dance workout in the heated room fixed my breathing problems. It’s a bit tough during the workout but after the workout I can breathe so freely outside. So amazing!

I’ve been wanting to find an exercise class that is both intense, fun and a warm environment. Meliza has such a lovely radiant light and encourages her students to be the best. I am so excited to return to next week’s class. She’s amazing and I feel like I really worked my body out which isn’t always the case with some exercise classes I take. It was nice to feel challenged again. I highly recommend her class.
