    Amazing to be back in class! After a year plus of not stepping foot in a fitness studio or gym, being left to my own devices at home in my makeshift apartment gym, I have sorely missed a true barre class and Kat was as intense and challenging as I remember. She didn’t waste a second of the hour and gave us an incredibly thorough workout. Capacity is capped so there was plenty of space between students with mask and cleaning protocols in place. Only caveat is that I wish the showers reopen bc there’s nothing worse than having to commute home when super sweaty after class & not even be able to wash off.

    Expect more reps, longer sets, more positions covered, more compound body movements, plenty more core work + a lot more sweat during Caroline’s classes! She has truly spoiled me for the Reform Method bc no other instructor at PB comes close to providing such a thorough, intense, or challenging workout. Every section flows into the next with nominal downtime + no second wasted.

    I really have never liked barre but really liked this class! It didnt seem to drag on like others do. Kept moving and the instructor made good adjustments (sometimes I feel like they try to make your body do things its not supposed to). Will come back! Love that its in my neighborhood too

    PILATES IN STUDIO

    Capoeira Beginners

    I have so far taken two classes at Nago Academy and I enjoy the challenge of capoeira. Mestre Andre is very cool guy...patient and breaks down the movement to help you catch on. I was drenched in sweat just from the warm ups! I definitely plan to keep coming.
