Cailyn was AWESOME. There were only three people in our dreary morning class and she still kept up so much energy. Her counting was on point and she talked us through each move so nothing ever felt too long. She didn't do any hands on adjustments but she was very clear verbally and let us know if we had made the right correction, so I found her really easy to follow. One of my fav instructors here so far :)

    Signature II

Love love love Jason! From his burner thigh sections, attention paid to all student’s forms, clear instructions, fun playlists + extra long core work, his classes are always well rounded, intense, challenging + productive. (Ex: 1st set of thighs covered incline chair into rocking chair, flat back chair into hovered heel upright parallel. 2nd set was incline fourth position on each leg with round back chair. Intermission set was water ski - all moves using the ball). Not a moment of class is wasted!

    Power 45

My first barre class ever taught by a man! And I've taken lots of barre classes, LOL. Brian definitely has an athletic approach and the 45 minute class went WAAAAY faster than the 55 minute one. Great and efficient use of our time. I would take his class again for sure.

Very challenging class but Julie came around to help you with form, or if you're too tired she will come by your side and work with you to keep you motivated. She made the effort to introduce herself to me after class because she didn't know my name, and helped out other students who had questions. Will return and learn from her.

Awesome! Still upset that Zoe had her regular Monday 6pm class taken away from her many months ago so I jump at the chance of seeing her sub it. She's tough, challenging, pushes our limits while providing a well rounded profile. Very attentive and detail oriented

Chandon was great! She was really good about pushing you but also coming around to fix your form. If she sees you struggling she will give you a modification. I stayed a bit afterwards to ask questions and she was nice enough to show me the proper moves. Taking her class again!

First time taking reform. Love using the sliders. Some of the positions weren’t as clear what muscle I was working, less of the heavy burn of a regular classic class. SUNDAY FUNDAY
