see all reviewsStaff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

see all reviewsThe best instructor ever, Nicholas explains the technique into detail and he has sooo much energy and brings humour in the floor while teaching! I have done similar classes in Amsterdam and I haven’t found an instructor which is half as good as Nicholas!! Nicholas belongs to a different league!!

see all reviewsGreat class and great instructor! I hope to return. There was ample space for everyone, the equipment was good and the instructor had great music and instructed form well. Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

The cleaner was very sweet and helped me rescue them, but there’s a lot of grubbiness behind there which fell on me during the process. Needs a good clean and a screw back into the wall

see all reviewsQuite a small and intimate gym but luckily wasn’t too busy when I visited on a Friday evening. Seemed clean and the equipment looks fairly new - you can connect to many things (I.e the treadmill) with Bluetooth or watch tv on them. Remember to take a padlock for the lockers! (Although there is the option to borrow one for a few at the reception, I believe.)

see all reviewsGood sauna/steam room and jacuzzi; unlike what another review said the sauna/steam room are not separated by gender and so are accessible to all. There was an aqua gym class when I got to the pool but one lane was kept free for swimmers which was nice. However, the pool is too short (less than 25m) and very shallow but that’s usual for these sorts of places unfortunately. My only issue was the reception, I had to wait a while for someone to come, they seemed very puzzled, they were friendly but the setup just seemed not well suited to having to show people who’d never been there before around as they were on their own…

see all reviewsSome may call the place ‚dated‘ I am calling it ‚charming and full of character‘. I used the swimming & sauna facilities only. The pool is medium sized, the lighting is fab, especially under water, the steam sauna is quite big & it was eucalyptus infused, the Finnish sauna is rather small & it was not very hot but still worth the experience; even a few loungers are available, as well as a proper cold shower for those who value these additions like I do; showers are plentiful, and the changing rooms are charmingly wood panelled. I went there in the eve, it was clean and luckily not too busy! Remember to bring your own towel & padlock though! Thank you to the team for this fab experience!

see all reviewsQuite a few negative reviews but I think it’s ace! The pool is crystal clear and tends to be pretty quiet. Changing rooms are massive and the showers are better than my ones at home. I didn’t use the gym but had a look around and was really impressed. Loads of machines and a ladies only weights section!
