see all reviewsFirst off, Camille’s tunes were on point. I know it’s all dependent on what you’re into but her playlist hit the spot for me. The studio space itself is modern and clean, on the second floor of the Bussey Building with floor to ceiling windows. Only two showers in the bathroom but towels, toiletries, hair dryers and straighteners available so that’s good. As for the class itself, EXCELLENT. It was circuit style and often times I find remembering every station a challenge but Camille clearly talked us through every exercise at the start and was on hand to cue throughout. These kinds of classes can feel very chaotic but Camille was fully present with her eyes on every station offering encouragement and corrections when needed. I’ve done so many of these kinds of classes and Camille has absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsRobin was awesome! The class vibe is over the roof, Robin is keeping a great atmosphere motivating people and clearly stating instructions which is very important. The room set up is dark with disco looking lights which follow the music beat nicely. Robin is mixing the music live for the class bringing uniqueness to the training. I have been training for a year, however, only done a spinning class once in the past. This class made me sweat a lot and have a high pulse, it is very intense cardio. Easy check in to the gym, everything is clean and organized. Totally recommend it.

They obvs didn’t know how to do it right, and I wish that was shown for much better end-result.
