There were varying levels of experience in the class and Cat managed to give everyone a variation for them to work on. I learned to put a few poses together today, and even managed some spinning moves too. I’ve already booked in for next week.

It was a little chaotic because the class before got out late and the teacher was scrambling to prepare the room and we started late. It’s fine for me but stressful for the instructor. Definetly not for everyone but if you know what you are doing and want to use top level equipment ( Machines, weights, grips all excellent) then this is the place for you. Other facilities are not great (no towels, cramped changing room) but this a place you come for the equipment not the decor. if you keep that in mind great place.

His knowledge of human anatomy as well as the discipline he teaches is exceptional (plus being a professional dancer himself, is an added bonus for me as a dancer as it is for anyone; because dancers know how to work with the body better than anyone else!) Chris is compassionate, generous and understanding. I felt very grounded when I left, and I took with me a lot of what I have learnt in class. His space is exceptionally clean and welcoming.
