Honestly, I wish I had not read all those bad reviews for Pepper because I hesitated a lot before booking her class. Got to her class today for the first time, and it was one of the best pilates teaching style I’ve experienced. She will proactively correct your form and push your limits. If you’re looking for a more relaxing type of class, this is probably not for you as it felt like a really good test for my core strength, flexibility and mobility.

My abs are still on fire and it’s been 2 days!! What a great class, working all the tiny muscles, in a good way! The studio is small which means more attentive teaching, with an instructor that corrects your posture and challenges you. Thanks for a great class!

Aerial Hoop Beginners (60 minutes - off peak)

Cool skills shown by instructor and class was very fun but felt quite difficult to understand the hand placements on the hoop to do the poses properly. It was my first class and the hoop is quite painful and sticky to hold on to

    Spinning Pole Beginners ~

Really enjoyed this class, such a great welcoming vibe! Jenny is an amazing teacher, she was great at explaining the moves and pushing you beyond what you think you can achieve but in a really supportive way that hypes you up whilst also making you feel safe. Defo recommend! 🫶🏽

    BIKE & BEATS

Zoe’s energy makes the class zoom by! Spin is tough but when you have Zoe playing the banging nineties and noughties R&B and dance tracks while dancing between the bikes it does feel like you’re at a club. Thanks Zoe and thanks to the fab Gym Box. Best gym in Ealing.

This was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

Honestly, one of my favourite spin classes that I’ve done in London! Samantha was so motivating, the music was fantastic, and the facilities were great. This was the best start to my Sunday- thank you so much Samantha, I’ll definitely be back!

    Step

Everything was great however I think the actual step equipment should be changed. I’m pretty sure at least about 4/5 people slipped (two fell on the ground). I’ve been to another fitness studio who’s also on classpass and their step didn’t move one bit.

POWERfit - BASHMENT aerial yoga class

Lauren did a such a good job teaching and making everyone feel so welcomed. The class had a good split between complexity and relaxation. Also it’s mixed ability! Challenging for intermediate folks but also do open and welcoming to those trying it for the first time. A must try! Great after a long day at the office. The Powerfit team always impresses.

    Deep Stretch & Active Flexibility

This class was a lot of fun, however I think it would be helpful to point out for Class Pass members that this is aimed more towards people who regularly use this gymnastics facility, ie perhaps not aimed at someone like myself who has 0 flexibility and definitely does not do gymnastics 😂 having said that, I would go back! I think it’s just worth pointing out so they don’t have the fear I had when the instructor says “now we’re going to get into our splits” LOL!
