Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

Only quite annoying thing is the studio charges an extra £1 for a towel each time. While this isn’t a lot of money it is frustrating at the class isn’t particularly cheap to start with and free towels are standard at every other boutique studio I’ve been to in London.

She was very motivating, kind, explained and demonstrated all exercises in detail, and I loved the whole class - it was a low impact low intensity whole body weight training, the exercises were easy to follow, and you can choose the weights that you want to work with, hence it suits everyone’s abilities.
