Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

I ended up doing 8:30pm instead of 7:30pm (thank you to the front desk staff, really appreciate your help!) and the class was amazing with the added advantage of a small group. He is very knowledgeable and approachable, explains everything in such details that trainers rarely do, he makes sure that everyone is following a good form and challenging themselves. I leave every time his class energised and happy, with the feeling that I’ve exercised my whole body and I also learnt new tricks and tips. I always learn a new exercise, which I haven’t seen at other studios. I also enjoy that each month there’s an exercise (e.g. front squat) which is included in every class, so that one can practice it often and truly get familiar with that one. Lucy explained everything so clearly and was great at suggesting alternative approaches that were more suitable for me (e.g. gymnast kick up). The result was getting into handstand easily on my own! The studio is fairly basic but functional and clean which is all you need especially as the class price is reasonable, which is more important to me. The reformer class with Nicola was great, she really pays attention to your form and offers corrections throughout. The person on reception was also really friendly and helpful which makes a big difference. There was no hot water the morning I went which meant a cold shower before work, but hopefully that’s a one off.

Got to her class today for the first time, and it was one of the best pilates teaching style I’ve experienced. She will proactively correct your form and push your limits. If you’re looking for a more relaxing type of class, this is probably not for you as it felt like a really good test for my core strength, flexibility and mobility.
