Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

I loved the philosophy and the meditation. I felt fantastic afterwards!

The instructor, Belinda, is one of the best instructors ive ever had, she remembers everyones names off by heart and corrects you through your name and gives everyone attention. Really professional and not too spiritual either. There is no music in the class which is different. Superb class definitely recommended and i would say im beginner/intermediate.

see all reviewsRobin was awesome! The class vibe is over the roof, Robin is keeping a great atmosphere motivating people and clearly stating instructions which is very important. The room set up is dark with disco looking lights which follow the music beat nicely. Robin is mixing the music live for the class bringing uniqueness to the training. I have been training for a year, however, only done a spinning class once in the past. This class made me sweat a lot and have a high pulse, it is very intense cardio. Easy check in to the gym, everything is clean and organized. Totally recommend it.

see all reviewsThis was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

I have been doing yoga for 10+ years and tended to avoid doing a full Chaturanga because I always felt compression in my low back when I did it. My yoga practice will positively change forever because of it and I can’t thank Bex enough!
