Love absolutely everything about JJ's classes - from the thorough warm up, to practicing walks across the room, learning choreo and performing for each other at the end! Whilst useful to have dance experience it's a super class for beginners - heels are optional but encouraged for balance, poise and posture (walking and dancing). JJ is welcoming and always supportive, and happy to answer questions. Highly recommend!

Robin was awesome! The class vibe is over the roof, Robin is keeping a great atmosphere motivating people and clearly stating instructions which is very important. The room set up is dark with disco looking lights which follow the music beat nicely. Robin is mixing the music live for the class bringing uniqueness to the training. I have been training for a year, however, only done a spinning class once in the past. This class made me sweat a lot and have a high pulse, it is very intense cardio. Easy check in to the gym, everything is clean and organized. Totally recommend it.

    Bike and Beats

This was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.
