I ended up doing 8:30pm instead of 7:30pm (thank you to the front desk staff, really appreciate your help!) and the class was amazing with the added advantage of a small group. I have done classes with Caleb in the past and he is always a fantastic instructor, motivates you to do your best, explains exercises clearly, corrects form and creates a great atmosphere.

Always teaches me new techniques and is varied and challenging but the format means it’s you pushing yourself and choosing whether to lift heavier each time. Would really recommend.

He’s thorough, pushes/motivates you and plans out well thought out classes. I am always sore the next day and I’ve been lifting heavier and heavier. I make an effort to go to his classes because I know I’m getting the value and I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my physique.

see all reviewsWe were planning to participate in a cycling exercise session. As it was our first time, we arrived a little late as we couldn't find the entrance. Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time.
