Friendly FYI- in this class, you’ll be expected to hit the mitts, aka, when the instructor comes up to you, they’ll give you a combo to hit with them 1:1! That’s something I need to get used to haha. Otherwise it’s a super great class, with great hitting and kicking combos that are balanced to work your body evenly with every class!

see all reviewsI like that they don’t take themselves too seriously here. Great workout without the pressure to be perfect. The vibe is definitely relaxed, the music gets adjusted as the instructor goes. I left as tired as I’ve ever been. Did have to walk out for air once (it’s hot!) but even then I felt no judgement and got right back it. Overall, George has a fun energy and a very high intensity class!
