    Unite Workout Express

Challenging workout, somewhat self paced. This studio has the vibe of a community where everyone kinda knows each other, so as a newcomer, expect to feel a little "newcomerish." Be prepared to lift heavier weights than most classes on ClassPass.

I liked Emma's energy and enthusiasm. She explained the exercises on the floor clearly, and was encouraging when we were on the treads. I also really liked her playlist. I'll definitely take more classes with her.

Nice flow class with plenty of mods, I haven't done yoga in forever and they have mats if you forget to bring one. Spacious room and no weird spa music which I appreciated. #classpassinsider

Jenna substituted for Hannah. Jenna is very engaging and she interacted with us throughout the entire session to make sure we were feeling ok and to ensure we were using proper form during the exercises. Jenna is an excellent instructor!

OUTDOOR Boot Camp (Art Museum front steps)

Highly recommended! Great people and loads of fun. Was easy for me to adjust as I needed and go at my own pace. No patronizing "encouragement". I would recommend at least a low-level of fitness although not a MUST. (There's lots of stair climbing, jumping, and burpees). If touching concrete is not your thing then bring some bike/fitness gloves

    Gym Time

I really don't understand the bad reviews- it's a nice gym. It isn't the newest but it's definitely not falling apart either. It's clean and has a large variety of equipment. If you're expecting equinox- you'll be disappointed but It's a great gym to go in, do what you have to do, and go home.

    The Basics

The General is an awesome instructor ! He’s very meticulous and he focused heavily on form and technique during “The Essentials” class, which I loved and haven’t quite found at any other boxing gym in the city….and believe me I’ve tried them all. This place is a hidden gem! The classes are intimate, about 8-10 people per class and you get a lot of individualized attention which is amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

    Boxing Bagwork - Fight Shape

Randall was awesome. Got to talking about his dream gym that he got up and running. This place is still fairly new to the scene but completely worth the bang for your buck. Got 1:1 instruction from Randall. Worked on footwork and heavy bag combinations. This gym is impeccable! I’ll def be returning to do more mitt work and take advantage of the open gym. I just got into boxing not too long ago and this is the perfect dream gym for me. I can hit the free weights, deadlift area, squat rack and the diverse cardio machines on days I need a break from the classes. One stop shop! If you’re a why kinda guy/gal and want to know why your punch should land a certain way or why/how to slip/roll then this is your place. Great location personally for me and a clean gym!
