I’ve had a hard time finding good reformer instructors in Philadelphia, but Sarah is one of the good ones. This class was 50/50 stretching and work, which is great for beginners, or for advanced practitioners who need a more restorative class. My only gripe with this studio is classes are advertised as being 60 minutes, and they never are an hour- typically 45-50 minutes.
