Launch Class - Intro to Pilates (Beginners only)

Absolutely incredible class for beginners! They really break down all the equipment and exercises super well for newbies, along with what muscles should be engaged throughout the class. This studio is a bit of a trek for me but I liked the studio so much that I would come back - it’s worth the commute for me!

    Slow Flow & Restorative

Aimee was amazing. She took the time to come introduce herself to me and see if I have any physical limitations or injuries. Class was calm, restful, and I went home and floated off to sleep. Will definitely come back.

    Intermission (Heated Vinyasa)

The instructor was so kind and taught an overall great class! Studio is new and cute, they even have towels for hot yoga to use! I bring my own, but hadn't seen that before so thought that was nice. The class had a wonderful pace - many hot yoga classes also feel like power but this was a nice normal, yet heated, vinyassa. Thank you for taking time to explain things and bringing joy to an afternoon (:

    SWEAT SESSION SATURDAY

Most addicting class on ClassPass! They start out with synchronized spin (think Zumba choreography on a bike) and then end with some strength training moves (high reps so grab lighter weights than you think)
