    Nice, bright space. Upbeat instructor who seemed to pay good attention to our form and gave cues for adjustments. Music played in the background, which I liked, but the pace of the class is good enough to not need the two to pair up. Class was six people and that made it great for individual attention. Felt like I got a good workout in the hour!

    I’ve been going to Solid Core since it first opened in DC (aging myself) & Triana is by far the best, most motivating coach I’ve come across. She’s able to give you one cerbal cue & redirect your form all while celebrating your hard work. Toughest class. Awesome playlist. Best instructor.

    It was a very good, challenging class. My only complaint is that the instructor could definitely be a little more encouraging. There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

    This was a fun class! As someone with a background in dance it was nice to get back into learning choreography. I could keep up for the most part, though I think it'd be fun to continue going to these classes to learn choreography from all of the songs. So I'm not sure if this is the best choice for a one-time or occasional class. You definitely benefit by being one of the regulars
