Heather was sooo awesome! The class has great energy and everyone welcomed you with open arms. Lots of fun cardio with a nice slow stretch segment involving weights at the end. A yoga mat is used towards the end as well. Great if your just getting into exercisingBeats jumpin’, bass droppin’, heart pumpin’ dance party workouts that incinerate up to 800 calories-per-hour.
