Samira is one of the best instructors! That was possibly one of the hardest class i’ve ever taken! Samira and Chris are some of the toughest instructors at core 40. If you’re looking to be challenged, I recommend Samira!

IN PERSON: Intro to Dance and Ballet

Was very fast paced considering it is meant to be a beginner class. I did dance as a kid so I had some basis for what to do, but she didn’t even talk about foot or arm position or proper posture until I asked if I was in the wrong level. After checking she told me some people stay in that class for roughly 9 months before progressing to beginner, so keep that in mind.

    Ritual Hot Yoga

I’ve been coming to Ritual for a couple of years and Dotti’s class was the best one I’ve been to. She gave excellent guidance for breath work and the flow throughout class, and also provided hands on corrections that helped me achieve a pose I’ve been struggling with. She created a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels of practice, and gave us a challenging workout too! I can’t wait to take one of her classes again.

Michael is great, and the classes are tough! So many gym with similar classes on paper I barely feel like I worked by the time I’m done. At P13 I never leave feeling like I have more in the tank.

Great place! The coach was really helpful and I enjoyed the workout. This is not a class for beginning boxers, as you will be doing drills with a partner and not hitting the bag too much. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

This was a beautiful experience. The church itself is wonderful and helpful to connect with the body. The instructor focused on pointing out how to move the body correctly for each movement which is something I don’t find often with younger instructors and I really appreciate. The energy of the room was relaxed and kind. Really enjoyed it as a low intensity class.

    Adults Beginners Jiu-Jitsu

Sunday classes are no-gi. We started with bjj warm up exercises. The class had a good mix of men and women. We then were taught a few techniques. The professor was great and explained the technique and the reason. Next we partnered up and practiced it. Good class for beginners. Nice space and plenty of parking nearby.
