While this was my first reformer class, I felt like I was just warming up and then the class was over! I wish I skipped to the regular classes. But overall a great instructor and nice space!

She was highly knowledgeable and provided helpful cues for each exercise. Highly recommend for those looking to tune up, correct imbalances and work through nagging pains. My rotator cuff is feeling better and less painful already!
