    Live Stream At Home CONBODY Class

    Amazing! Incredibly challenging. I had to take a 5 minute break! A mixture of calisthenics, fast paced Pilates floor work, boot camp without the weightlifting “break.” Lots of plank jacks, burpees, flutter kicks, pushups and mountain climbers, with no real pauses. Possibly the most difficult class I’ve ever taken, just for the cardio alone. You won’t miss your spinning class. The only suggestion I could make would be to add an arm sequence, maybe with light weights...but I know that goes against the spirit of “no equipment.” So good!!

    Good class. Nice teacher with good instruction. Can be as hard or easy as you like based on how much effort you want to put into hitting the bag. Facility was clean as well. Also if you already own boxing wraps/gloves you can use them vs. rent or buy the lighter muy thai ones.

    Good selection of equipment, mixture of barbell stuff and functional stuff. 3 squat racks, dedicated deadlift platform, trap bars, landmine bars. Theres also an agility ladder, jump ropes, kettlebells of each weight, medicine balls, curved treadmill, and a weighted vest. Seems like theyve thought of everything. Its pretty small but I think its more functional than the larger gyms because they cut out a lot of useless machines.

    Was happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Wish we did more varying boxing combinations but most of the class was new to boxing so it’s understandable. No matter what you’ll still break a sweat if you put all the work into it and the instructors are very motivating.

    First time in Emma’s class. Usually I find sculpt and restore too easy but timing worked out for me today. Her class was definitely challenging and we did some new things I’ve never done before. Lots of hands on adjustments. Loved this class!

    You can just tell Marcia is really well prepared and knows her Pilates. Class was challenging, but as she promised she never had us do any exercise for so long that we couldn’t bear it any longer. Great workout and she’s also so funny!
