see all reviewsAwesome Class! Dr. Meir was great! The exercises were well explained and allowed for a well rounded body stretch in a circuit format. Have never taken a class like this but enjoyed it and know how important stretching and mobility is for the human body, especially if you sit at a computer most of the week 😅 I brought my Mom and she loved it, hoping to return according to the biweekly schedule!
