see all reviewsI loved the yoga and Pilates sculpt class, it’s a combination of challenge and empowerment, the space is bright, beautiful and peaceful. I was so lucky that no one else signed up for class so I got Lani’s full attention, she’s awesome and very passionate about what she does. She was motivating and very attentive to my form, she made sure I did all the exercises correctly. I feel energized and strong after the class as well as my muscles feel relaxed after the stretches she added in the end. The studio is also very well equipped and clean. I highly recommend Pacific Yogalates as an amazing studio and Lani as such an amazing instructor. Thank you so much Lani 🩷
