see all reviewsSuch a great workout! As someone who struggles to maintain a gym routine, this class was super helpful in truly being open to all levels. Melissa gave modifications for everything and it made me feel less self conscious about returning back to the gym world. Would definitely come back!

see all reviewsProbably one of my favorite ballet classes that I’ve taken in the city! It may be too difficult for folks who are super new to ballet, but I think it’s great for dancers or folks who have some past dance training. The instructor was super kind and informative too. I’ll definitely be back.

see all reviewsBest yoga class I’ve ever taken! Niah was so welcoming and funny. She provided so many modifications and made it feel like a safe space for all levels (I’m a beginner). The music was so good and the facility was clean and honestly just COOL to be in (ornate ceilings, vintage mirrors). I will be back!

Gina did a great job at not only guiding the flow but specifying exact muscles to focus on. Would definitely recommend!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Jack’s class! It had a great mixture of both stretching and focusing on hard abs. I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. I would definitely go back for another class and would recommend!

see all reviewsI had my first class with teacher Bharata Ji at the center today and it was beyond my expectations. The room we were in was very clean and spacious, with a subtle hint of incense, it was mostly quiet and felt very welcoming. Bharata Ji begun and ended our class with prayers, he taught in a patient, respectful manner and took the time to help every one of us with our postures. I felt rejuvenated after today’s class. This is recommended for all levels.
