    Caitlin did a quick awesome HIIT routine. She made sure to speak loudly and clearly and demonstrated all the floor exercises. I like her feedback to everyone during class. I love 1:1 feedback so that is one area Shred could approve upon.

    Extraordinary balance of challenge in strength training and cardio with clear instruction for both. I appreciated the that the floor wasn’t unnecessarily complex movements with fast switches like some Shred Classes—this allowed me to actually tire out my muscles and get a good lift.

    Keith is amazing! Great music. I was a bit intimidated and didn’t think I could do this class, but Keith was welcoming and encouraging. Everyone runs at their own pace or walks. Perfect class for all levels. Challenging workout. Will definitely be back!
