    Pilates Reformer Level 1-2

    Shannon was great and so welcoming for a newbie like me! I loved the small class environment and how we were all able to get individual feedback and form corrections. The class was in a temporary space, the Midwest Buddhist Temple, while their studio is undergoing renovations, but I quite enjoyed the location. It lent a nice meditative vibe to the class.

    Whole body Cryotherapy

    Such a great experience. Really friendly, welcoming staff. Had to get on an airplane right after. The full body cryo and normatec were really helpful in reducing swelling and promoted relaxation for sure. Thank you!!
