see all reviewsCarolyn had really great cues and her pacing was in alignment with my full breath, which I appreciate because anymore these days I find that classes go far too fast. Also usually not into dharma talks during yoga practice, but her message was very well received. Her adjustments were gentle and non assuming. Enjoyed this class.
